Parador Nature Resort & Spa offers 130 rooms and suites. Garden Rooms are located near the spa, restaurants, and main pool, featuring terraces with garden access. Garden Plus rooms offer rainforest views from private balconies. Tropical Rooms on the second and third floors provide garden views for wildlife observation. Premium Rooms, located at the top of the main building, have 180-degree views of Biesanz Bay or Manuel Antonio National Park, two queen beds, and balconies, accessible via an incline elevator or stairs. Premium Plus rooms feature ocean views, king-size beds, balconies, dual sinks, showers, bathrobes, and turndown service. Vista Suites have high ceilings, open-plan layouts, king beds, minibars, and balconies with Jacuzzis; bathrooms include showers, bathtubs, dual sinks, bathrobes, and turndown service (adults only). Vista Pacifico Suites offer 260-degree ocean and jungle views and enlarged balconies. The Penthouse Suite includes dual-aspect balconies with Jacuzzis overlooking Manuel Antonio National Park, a kitchen, a living/dining room, a master bedroom with a bathtub, a separate shower, and double sinks, plus an adjoining room with two queen beds and a private bathroom. The Family Suite includes a living/dining area, a master bedroom with a Jacuzzi, and two additional bedrooms with king-size beds. The Casita offers three bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen, and a terrace, located near the main building, spa, and pools.
Dining Experiences
The resort features several restaurants and bars. La Galería serves a daily breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner with local and Mediterranean cuisine, overlooking the gardens and pool. Nama Sushi Lounge offers sushi. La Fragata, located at the highest point of the property in Parador Suites, serves fresh and light fare with Pacific Ocean views and sunset cocktails. La Panga Pool Bar offers lunch options, tropical fruit cocktails, juices, beers, and spirits. Bar Don Juan is a place to socialize before dinner, transforming into a nightspot with music and dancing. Room service is available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Leisure and Activities
Parador has five pools, including family-friendly pools with a swim-up bar and adult-only pools. The Pacífica Spa features four air-conditioned treatment rooms, manicure and pedicure areas, a Jacuzzi, a cold-water pool, a Swiss shower, a sauna, and yoga areas. Additional facilities include a pickleball court, mini-golf, a fitness center with Life Fitness equipment and free weights, a game room, and a children's pool and playroom. Guests can explore gardens with hummingbirds and butterflies or hike the Monkey Trail to see monkeys, sloths, and other wildlife. Guided night hikes are also available.

Parador Nature Resort & Spa is located on the Punta Quepos promontory near Manuel Antonio National Park, surrounded by rainforest. It is 15 km from Aeropuerto La Managua. Nearby landmarks include Cala Spa (1.5 km), Greentique Wildlife Refuge (1.5 km), and Playitas Beach (0.5 km). The resort offers private ground transportation to major tourist destinations, Juan Santamaría International Airport, and Quepos Regional Airport.
Services Available
Parador is committed to discouraging the commercial sexual exploitation of children. A certified bilingual guide leads tours through the rainforest. The hotel can arrange private yacht charters for sport fishing or coastline tours, including snorkeling. Other tours include Manuel Antonio National Park, Carara National Park, and Quepos Farmers Market. High-adventure activities such as ziplining and white water rafting are also available.
