Wildlife Haven Stay

helpful staffabundant wildlifedelicious juiceexcellent dining
I found the staff helpful. They quickly arranged a guided bird watching tour with Elias. He showed us many birds. The hotel grounds contained abundant wildlife. I saw sloths, iguanas, and three types of monkeys. The green juice at breakfast was delicious. The sushi restaurant provided an excellent dining option. The tuna sashimi tasted amazing.
The floors in the hallways REALLY felt slippery. Regardless of my footwear, i worry about accidents.

The grounds were clean.
I found the lack of attention to detail annoying. The minibar in the Premium Double Room was empty. There was just a price list. The coffee machine offered only one type of coffee. That's a joke.

the resort grounds were visually appealing. our room's air conditioning barely worked, made sleeping difficult. food prices felt excessive. even simple things like bottled water were overpriced and a 10% service fee added to everything raised the overall cost significantly.
