i found the owners very helpful and friendly i also thought the breakfast was great it was a lovely place. parking was available and i used it.
i could hear the neighbouring room very clearly i don't think they were particularly noisy. they did not need to be. there was also a stain on the carpet.

Alan gave a warm welcome. He invited me to stay in his home. The room had everything one would expect. I found fresh milk bottles in a fridge at the bottom of the stairs.
I could hear the neighboring room very clearly. The people in the room were not particularly noisy.

Breakfast had many choices. I was pleased to find many options. The location is near everything on the seafront. The owners are a lovely couple. They want your stay great. I would visit again for sure.
I heard my neighbours clearly. They were not noisy at all. The soundproofing could improve a little.

The hotel enjoys an excellent spot near local amenities and transport links, with a bus stop nearby for easy access to Kendal and Windermere. the beach is right outside the front door.

Secure parking exists who arrive by car. Breakfast includes many choices cooked to order. The hotel has a friendly, community atmosphere in its seating and dining areas, very cozy indeed.
