great stay near shinagawa station!

fresh bed sheets excellent location new pajamas

i really enjoyed my stay. the room was cleaned daily with fresh bed sheets. new pajamas were provided every day too. the location is excellent as it's very close to shinagawa station.

the room was slightly noisy as i could hear sounds from neighboring rooms.

This hotel is a short walk to shinagawa station. It is about five or six minutes away. there is a grocery store only a minute away, very convenient. you can reach a 7-eleven with a ten-minute walk.

i found a larger room than expected! it was really clean and offered all necessary amenities. the hotel's location is a short walk from the station, providing convenient access to transportation. i appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere surrounding the area.

The pillows felt old. I think replacing them would improve the sleeping experience.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. I found bottled water provided daily, which i appreciated. The vending machine was stocked well (a great convenience for late-night cravings!). The location allowed easy access to transport.

I found the blinds did not block light effectively. Light from the corridor illuminated the room. This made it difficult to achieve darkness to aid good sleep.

the location is great because its a quick walk from the train station. i found the staff helpful and easy to talk to. the hotel provided umbrellas to customers when it rained. check-in and checkout both went very fast and smooth.

the room was small, and the walls were thin. i could hear noise from rooms near mine. it made it hard to relax.
