average stay, some issues

small roomno free coffee
the room size was small, a problem I found frustrating. also, there was no free coffee available. i was surprised considering other hotels do provide it, and that was a letdown. the cost per night did not match the value provided.

Mediocre stay near Asakusa Station

limited storageoutdated tv
The room was small, which I knew to expect, but storage was a real issue. There was no wardrobe. We ended up with our clothes piled on the floor. The TV also felt outdated. It did not have options for YouTube or Netflix.

Wonderful Stay!

room upgradecomplimentary amenitiesuseful locationample space
The staff arranged a room upgrade to the 14th floor, they also assisted with our luggage, it was very kind. Daily complimentary amenities were provided, I found these very useful. The hotel location is near Sensoji Temple, Asakusa station, and a 711 store, super handy. The bathroom offered ample space and I liked that a lot.
The hotel didn't provide water bottles, I had to use the water dispenser on the 2nd floor, it was just a little bit inconvenient.
