the hotel surprised my wife with a lovely cake, beautiful balloons, and vibrant red flowers for her birthday! maria, nazeeh, walid, and richan really made her day lovely. the staff were always smiling and ready to help, that was awesome!

The staff was helpful. They addressed every request promptly. I enjoyed access to a Venetian-style boat ride around the premises. It was complimentary. The adjacent souk offered a convenient supermarket and shops. !!!

The breakfast had some items that were not available until 8 am. The noise made relaxation difficult.

i found the staff friendly. the hotel offered luxurious accommodations. the food available was genuinely excellent. i would return without a doubt. the pool staff attended to us daily, which i appreciated. cleaning staff made sure the room was immaculate each day and stocked it with fresh fruit and water.

I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It had so many options! the pool was also great, with really comfy loungers. the hotel's architecture is lovely, very traditional.

my bed sheet smelled pretty bad, like it wasn't washed. the cleaner kept ringing the bell even though i didn't put the 'do not disturb' sign on. some staff were impolite, i felt.

I spent several nights in a premier king room. It was spacious. the hotel presented complimentary bottled water daily, a detail i really appreciated. the room was very clean. i relished the quiet atmosphere and the attentive service i received .

The pool area was occasionally crowded. Securing a lounger at peak times proved challenging. i think additional seating would improve the guest experience.

I stayed for several nights. Brahma, the housekeeping attendant, ensured the room was perfectly maintained. I dined at Bord Eau and had an lovely experience with a refined menu and perfect service. The massage at the spa was deeply relaxing and professional (one of the best I've ever had). The app allowed me to request items without calling reception.

I noticed a slight delay in getting seated at Ramadan Village one evening. It took some time to get assistance, even though the place was not very full.
