the hotel architecture is beautiful and well maintained. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially at check-in). the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and accessible by uber. water was refilled daily.
the in-room dining service was unresponsive after midnight. i had to call the reception for assistance.

the hotel decor was beautiful. marble floors and ornate ceilings enhanced the palace feel. rooms were quiet (i could sleep well). the bathroom had a walk-in shower cubicle.
i found a strange musty smell. the lift was tiny and difficult to use with luggage. the breakfast wasn't great (i didn't enjoy it much).
