I found Mr Adarsh Joseph at the front desk cute and professional! His attentiveness ensured a wonderful experience. Babulal ji decorated our room beautifully. Pramod ji offered a courteous and prompt buggy service plus a comprehensive tour of the hotel, guaranteeing effortless travel.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the resort. I wish it was stronger.

The culinary offerings included diverse choices, and the restaurant staff provided very attentive service. I appreciated the chefs were accommodating to specific dietary requests and preferences, so all meals became more special. The presentation of each dish was artistic.

The outdoor pool was large and well-kept. I loved that there were ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. The fitness center included modern equipment, with treadmills and weight machines for a complete workout. the spa services offered a range of rejuvenating treatments.

The concierge service was helpful in arranging local transportation and excursions. They knew all the best spots. Housekeeping was prompt and meticulous, our room remained immaculate throughout our stay, so I always felt comfortable. Staff members are dedicated.
