lost present stressful experience
on the last day, my backpack was given to someone else even after i confirmed it was safe to leave it by the client relationship reception. i ran and grabbed it from the lady's hands. our parents left bags in the special room without a lock, and a present disappeared from the bag later. it was a very disappointing final experience.
