Really good Stay with Lovely Service

The grounds are expansive with lush greenery. Pine trees and palms offer ample shade. There were water fountains EVERYWHERE creating a tranquil environment. The beach lounge area and piers by the sea were fantastic. The staff go above and beyond. I especially appreciated the really good service provided by Ulya from guest relations. I found that all the employees I encountered were friendly, well-trained, and professional.

The limited variety of seasonal fruits at the buffet was the SOLE slight drawback I experienced.

The multiple pools and the long beach provide sufficient space. There are many sunbeds and umbrellas available. A lot of activities, such as yoga, zumba, table tennis, darts, and water polo are available. It's a VERY active resort. The sea is wonderfully clean.

The staff members are very professional and helpful. The reception staff was accommodating to EVERY request. I noticed that the personnel worked to please guests and. This service was amazing.

The minibar WAS free, stocked daily with water, soft drinks, AND fruits. The pools are heated to a comfortable 20 degrees Celsius. The staff is ALWAYS willing to help guests.

The hotel is TOO far from the airport though it offers a nice quiet stay.
