What is the distance from Nice Ville train station to the hotel, and how can I get there using public transport or by taxi?

From Nice Ville train station, the tram service on Line 3 to "Saint Isidore" takes about 45 minutes. Alternatively, a train to Saint Isidore from Nice CP train station (approximately 10 minutes walking from Nice Ville Station) only takes around 15 minutes. Taxi costs may vary depending on the time and day of service.
Is there an additional fee for beach access for hotel guests? We're considering staying for a few days.
