amazing stay!

helpful staff comfortable beds

the location was super convenient near the main square! the staff was very kind and helpful . i walked to cafes and restaurants nearby!!! the comfortable beds and pillows were a plus and the staff fixed all my requests quickly!

i paid extra for a balcony room but i did not get one. there was no attempt to get me a balcony room, i got no refund. this was pretty disappointing!!!

good location clean room helpful staff no refund limited breakfast no labels

the location was good it was close to the city centre it was a short walk to a main square. the room was clean and the hotel was very clean. staff were helpful.

i paid extra for a room but didn't get it they said they had none left. no attempt to get me the room i wanted was made and no refund was provided. breakfast had limited options there were no labels on the food.

the staff showed warmth, every person was cute. the room was perfectly clean and neat. the location allowed easy access to main attractions, it was near everything.

Charming Stay Near City Center

central location comfortable bed helpful staff

The hotel has a central location near the city center. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff was helpful (and very friendly) when I requested assistance with directions.

The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and some hot items were cold. The toaster also did not work well, made preparing toast difficult.
