the staff were fantastic and could not help us enough. it was like a home away from home when we stayed for the second time at the end of our trip. the facilities were great , including the lovely pool.

check-in was a frustrating experience as we had to wait nearly two hours past the standard time because our room was not ready. this delay set a less-than-ideal tone for our arrival.

The room was well maintained. And there was a washer and dryer. Which was really useful. the dining staff improved our hectic breakfast experience. they were hospitable and kind.

I've stayed in this hotel for some time. our room was so dirty that the luggage tags of the previous occupants were still there! the bathtub had many stains. I had to clean it for hours because we had kids staying with us.
