clean atmosphere detailed service working elevator bottled water

the staff were very cute and efficient. the hotel had a clean atmosphere and the attention to detail in their service was excellent.

only one elevator was working i found. it was quite hard to go up or down during peak hours. also the toilet flush was not working when we arrived even though they fixed it when we called. no complimentary bottled water was available.

the staff were courteous. dors made my check-in fast! mariel, micah, and tine from casa restaurant provided excellent service. it.

The breakfast spread could have been better. There was only one vegan option.

The mall access is a great perk. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a city view.. it was spacious and clean. I appreciated the comfortable beds.

I had some issues calling the front desk as it kept ringing. I wanted extra pillows, but there was no directory to call directly. This made the night slightly uncomfortable.
