Sea Mist Resort Motel, offers 264 sq ft studios. All rooms are non-smoking and include a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee pot with supplied coffee packets, and toaster. Dishes and utensils are provided. Each room has a small eating area with a table. The full bathroom features a tub/shower unit and toilet. A sink vanity is located just outside the bathroom. Options include Economy Rooms across from the office with no view, Queen Rooms with one queen bed and a full sleep sofa couch, Two Queen Rooms with two queen beds, and King Rooms with one king bed and a love seat sleep sofa couch. One Handicap Room is available, equipped with one queen bed and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom featuring grab bars and a stationary shower seat. Note that rooms on the second floor are accessible only by stairs. Only 6 rooms are available for guests traveling with pets.

Sea Mist Resort Motel features an indoor pool area with a hot tub and sun deck, gym, and barbecue area for relaxing. Guests can enjoy lawn games in the picnic area or relax by the pool. Sea Mist Resort Motel is located in Wells, an historic town established in 1653 and known as Maine's 'Friendliest Town'. Ogunquit, a popular seaside town and coastal artist colony, is a few miles away. Ogunquit beaches, starting with Footbridge Beach, are easily accessible. Moody Beach, leading to Ogunquit's North Beach, Footbridge Beach, and Ogunquit Beach, is nearby. The resort is 45 km from Pease International Tradeport. Guests can shop at Maine outlets, antique shops, and boutiques. Nearby attractions include the Ogunquit Museum of American Art and the Ogunquit Playhouse. The Marginal Way, a scenic oceanfront walkway, is close, as are Perkins Cove, Dock Square, and Ocean Avenue. Wells National Estuary and Laudholm Farm provide walking paths. Wells Beach, Drake's Island, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport are all within driving distance.
