Colonial Inn features 62 guest accommodations across four buildings: Main Inn, Shorebirds, Garden Grove, and Beach Rose. The Main Inn, built in 1886, offers rooms with king beds and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the third and fourth floors. The Shorebirds building provides rooms with two queen beds, patios, or balconies. Garden Grove rooms have outdoor spaces with access to Marginal Way. Beach Rose features apartment-style units. Rooms include complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, coffee makers, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, hair dryers, and ironing boards.

Breakfast and Bar

The Colonial Inn provides a complimentary continental breakfast in the Main Inn from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, featuring baked goods, pastries, bagels, fruit, granola, yogurt, hot oatmeal, coffee, tea, and juice.
