The property is a 2-minute walk from the Promenade Shopping Centre, bars, and restaurants. It is a 7-minute walk to the beach. Services Information

Check-in is between 16:00-18:00. Guests are provided with a code for building access and a room key. Private car parking is available at the rear of the building, charged at £7 per vehicle, with access via a driveway (vehicle must be below 2m wide). The guest house is a strictly no smoking building. A fire test is carried out on Sundays at 10:30am. In case of fire, guests should assemble on Marshall Avenue, opposite the Schofield Guest House. The property is an excellent base for golfers, fishing trips, bird watching, walking, and touring.
