The staff were friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated their willingness to assist with everything i needed. the breakfast included many good choices, and the location was quite convenient, near shops and a museum. i especially liked the value for money at the bar, probably the cheapest pints i found in the area!

The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms! it was a bit disruptive at times, especially when trying to relax or sleep.
