cute staff breakfast options
The staff was cute upon arrival. I appreciated that they offered coffee and toast when I arrived after getting off the ferry. The staff even managed to check me in early. Breakfast was great and the chef was eager to please. The range of available breakfast options was excellent.
There are steps to rooms and no lift. This could present a problem for some guests.

mixed feelings about this stay

poor wi-fi noisy room
breakfast was really good and had lots of choices.
The wi-fi NEVER worked, even after I mentioned it a few times. also, my room was right next to two fire doors so it was SO loud whenever anyone walked by. and getting around was HARD. It seemed like a maze and there wasn't even a lift.
