the staff was helpful and check-in was easy i found the proximity to frankfurt west station convenient because the s bahn trains go directly to the christmas market i also appreciated tram 17 nearby which goes to the central station hbf the location was very convenient.
i found no water provided and the plumbing was not ideal the room had a sewerage smell housekeeping used air freshener it did not fully resolve the issue i also found the shower pressure to be low so the shower was not ideal.
