lovely stay with great service

cinnamon tea comfortable bed clean hotel

the staff was always cute with cinnamon tea. they offered it upon arrival and departure. they even prepared hard boiled eggs, bananas, and water for my early bus ride. the hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable

The hotel is a little far from the city center. The climb is steep.

the hotel is approximately 500m from the busy center, great. this slight distance means it is much quieter, especially during evenings and nights, because there is less noise.

the breakfast had traditional vietnamese options. there was also bread, yoghurt, pancakes, cheese, and fruit available. the ample supply ensured a great start to the day, though the dining area could get busy sometimes.

Excellent Mountain Hotel Stay

great assistance friendly staff

The staff gave great assistance with tour to Fansipan and transport. They showed care with fruits, yoghurt, bottled water for my trip back to Hanoi early in the morning. Beds was very comfortable. Staff are fantastic and friendly.

I stayed for three nights. The room don't get cleaning. The bins was not cleaned.
