Sapa Clay House-Mountain Retreat offers 4 Private Huts with views of Hoang Lien Son Mountain and Y Linh Ho Village's paddy rice fields. The 40m2 rooms include a living room with air-conditioning, private balcony, bath room, outdoor shower, and small garden. Guests can also choose seasonally decorated rooms in the Clay House, built in the style of traditional Ha Nhi homes, each 30m2 with air-conditioning, equipped with a comfortable bed, chair, bath room, wooden bath tub, and private balcony overlooking Hoang Lien Son Mountain and Y Linh Ho Village.
Onsite Organic Restaurant
The Rice Signature Restaurant features mountain rice and regional food from Northwest Vietnam. Most dishes include rice grown at high altitude. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 9:30am, lunch from 11:00am to 4:00pm, and dinner from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. The Welcome House offers an open kitchen with organic fruit and vegetables, a pond, a fire place, and sun terrace. Private BBQ dinners with organic vegetables and local food are available upon request. Sunset cocktails are available daily at 5:00pm.

Sapa Clay House-Mountain Retreat features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, lounge, and terrace. The Tonkin Spa offers Signature Massages, Facial Care, Herbal Baths, Steam, Jacuzzis, and Hammam Treatments from 10:00am to 9:00pm. Guests can use the Yoga and Meditation center, and yoga mats are available. Guests can trek from Clay House to Hang Da and Hau Thao Hill. The retreat is 3km from Lao Chai - Y Linh Ho Village.
