small balcony inadequate soundproofing

The room advertised as a superior double room balcony was not entirely satisfactory. the balcony was quite small barely accommodating one person comfortably. the soundproofing was inadequate. Noises from adjacent rooms were easily audible. This impacted my ability to rest undisturbed at times.

warm smile generous choice lovely staff

the staff always greets you with a warm smile, it felt so lovely. the room has every thing you could desire. breakfast included such a generous choice of food, i really appreciated it.

the air conditioning wasnt strong on the top floor. the room took a long time to cool off. it was not a comfortable temperature.
