the hotel provided a personal assistant for our entire stay erkan checked in with us multiple times daily and organized all our needs within the hotel the variety of food options was satisfying with a selection of restaurants available.

It was a family trip with fun water games. the slides at both the adult and kids pool areas were a hit with everyone. night activities kept both kids and adults entertained. different restaurants offered variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as ice cream. poolside orders were very convenient.

i wish the family room had two toilets, the one was not sufficient. the hotel was full, so they couldn't fix this . that was tough with a larger family. we managed, but a second toilet would have made it much better.

i found the staff helpful, especially the manager kamran. he ensured our stay was even better. the lobster restaurant stood out, i think it rivaled a michelin star restaurant.
