Accommodations feature local art and furnishings made from Belizean hardwood and sustainable mahogany. Balcony Rooms include a private outdoor area with hammocks and patio furniture, overlooking the garden and jungle. Each room has free Wi-Fi, a safe, a flat-screen cable TV, and a private bathroom. The Regal Rooms feature one queen bed and one double bed, plus a queen-size pullout sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 people. Suites include a kitchenette with a microwave and a tea and coffee maker. Some suites have terraces with pool or mountain views. The Royal Suite offers a Jacuzzi tub. Master Suite includes a wet bar, a sitting area, and a queen-sized pullout couch, with a bathroom featuring marble finishes, double sinks, a double shower, and a soaker Jacuzzi bathtub.

The Running W Restaurant offers all-day dining with views of the hillside property. The menu features international flavors and Belizean cuisine, with meats from the family's ranch. The Lobby Bar, which opens onto the outdoor terrace, serves Happy Hour and bar bites like Caribbean lobster and beef sliders. The restaurant often has visits from birds, including toucans. Guests can customize their dining experience with options ranging from a pot of coffee to a refined main course. Dining can be paired with nature, including visits from local birds.

There are two official border crossing points on the Mexico - Belize border.
