Sands of Time Motor Inn & Harbor House provides two accommodation styles. Rooms feature cable TV and en suite bathrooms. The Inn offers family-size rooms with sliding glass doors leading to private balconies or patios, most with views of the harbor and gardens. Harbor House rooms include air conditioning, seating areas, and terraces overlooking the inner courtyard. Some rooms include fireplaces and views of Vineyard Sound.
Local Dining
The hotel is near waterfront dining options. Captain Kidd Restaurant and Shuckers World Famous Raw Oyster Bar are among various dining options. Waterside restaurants offer breakfasts, lunches, and Cape Cod dinners featuring local seafood. Pie in the Sky provides breakfast and coffee.
Leisure and Activities
Guests have access to a secluded pool and sun terrace. The hotel provides access to lush gardens. Nearby attractions include six birding and nature spots in Cape Cod, including the Knob in Falmouth, MA. The Sands of Time offers a Vineyard Venture package, including parking, breakfast, and two walk-on ferry tickets to Martha's Vineyard. In-room wine or champagne can be arranged for celebrations (red wine - $20, white wine - $20, champagne - $25). Late check-ins (after 11:00 PM) must be prearranged. The pet fee is $50 per day, and a signed Pet Waiver is required upon check-in.
