The Sanctuary Beach Resort provides accommodations with private patios or decks, offering views of the Pacific Ocean and Marina Dunes Preserve. Additional amenities include iPod docking stations, binoculars, in-room safes, and complimentary wireless internet. Suites also include separate sitting areas with sofa beds and wet bars. Each room includes Harbor Linen Monocle Collection bedding, towels, and bathrobes.

Onsite Dining

Salt Wood Kitchen & Oysterette offers seafood and New American cuisine. The restaurant utilizes local ingredients to create seasonal menus. It includes an oyster bar and a live-fire open kitchen. The Pearl Room is available for private events for up to 40 guests. A refined outdoor dining area is also available. Breakfast is served on private patios or terraces. Sunset Sessions occur daily from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

Leisure and Activities

Guests have access to a private beach, an outdoor heated pool, and complimentary bicycles. Activities include beach yoga on Saturday and Sunday and guided nature walks. The Renewal Studio & Spa offers treatments using brands such as Circadia, Repêchage(R), and Body Bliss. A beach volleyball court and bocce ball court, made from recycled oyster shells, are available. There is also access to the Marina Dunes Preserve. Private bonfires can be arranged.

The Sanctuary Beach Resort is 20 km from Monterey Peninsula and 15 minutes from Monterey Regional Airport. San Jose International Airport is a 55-minute drive. It's located off Highway-1.
