easy access friendly staff clean room engaging barman
The hotel provided easy access to town. the staff was friendly and very helpful (they always greeted me with a smile!). my room was clean and well stocked. i really appreciated the free glass of wine in the evening. The barman was engaging.
the walls seemed thin, so i could hear my neighbors above and next to me.

the hotel's location offers convenient access to various attractions. it is close to the aquarium and point lobos (i highly recommend visiting!). highway 1 is also easily accessible from here.

the hotel includes a pool and jacuzzi for relaxation. parking is available right outside the door, very convenient. breakfast includes good options such as tasty burritos and fresh fruit (the oranges were especially good!).

broken window lock wrong room
the free breakfast hit the spot each morning. they had pancakes, yogurts, coffee, and cereals.
the room i booked online showed different amenities. i booked a king room. instead, i got a double queen. also, the front desk didn't seem to care that the window lock was broken, made me pretty uneasy (especially on the ground floor).
