“What I found particularly appealing is its transformation of a historic abbey into a comfortable hotel, complete with expansive grounds perfect for a relaxed stroll; plus, its proximity to the Rioja region means convenient access to local bodegas. While some may find the rooms a touch dated, its pet-friendly atmosphere and dedicated staff more than compensate, in my opinion. A worthwhile stop for those exploring northern Spain.”
