Check-in was quick and simple. The hotel is modern and well decorated. The location is excellent for exploring the city centre with river views. The café downstairs proved very handy.
The garage is dangerous, i now see a dent in the side of my car. It appears unless you have a small car, i suggest to not choose this hotel. The staff looked consistently miserable, unlike in other hotels i have stayed (which was not encouraging). The bed felt uncomfortable.

the staff escorted me to the parking area (a very tight squeeze).
my room was not properly cleaned of several days. the bathroom floor looked untouched, and there was dust on the furniture. i mentioned this at reception, but the issue was not resolved.

Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location was advantageous for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom quite spacious. The shower had great pressure.
Navigating the parking space was somewhat difficult (but manageable).
