broken fixturemissing holder

I did NOT like the broken towel rail in the bathroom. the fixings were damaged, a real eyesore. also, there was NO PLACE to put my shower gel. The holder was GONE. I found this quite irritating and inconvenient. the aircon wasn't working either. the room was too hot!

I found parking very convenient right at the hotel. The restaurant and bar being on-site made meals easy. I greatly appreciated the comfortable bed and found sleep came easily.. no problems at all.

The telephone in the room looked to be non-functional. I could not contact reception from it.
