the hotel had a free shuttle to the airport. i was happy to not pay for transport. the staff was friendly and helpful at reception. the restaurant was also good with waiter service.

the room wasn't very clean , i had to dust the tv remote. there was an unpleasant odor from the bathroom. the bathroom door did not fit the frame.

The hotel offered a convenient free transfer to Girona Airport. The staff demonstrated professionalism in their service. My room presented a clean environment with well-equipped amenities. I appreciated the inclusion of a kettle with teas.

The air conditioning in the room did not work initially. It made for an uncomfortably hot environment. The room itself felt small. The bed lacked adequate comfort, which affected my sleep quality.

The rooms were totally spacious and super clean! i mean, seriously clean. we even used the spa. Jacuzzi, heated pool, and sauna were all working. it was so lovely to relax in!

The transfer service from the airport ended up not being available at the time we needed it. it was a bit of a bummer. We had to grab a taxi
