I found the rooms spacious and comfortable. the air conditioning worked perfectly. staff was helpful in giving directions and recommending nearby restaurants. i also took advantage of the secure parking garage. It gave me peace of mind .
i did notice some stains above the bed area, specifically on the wallpaper. the absence of a headboard made it quite noticeable. the stains slightly detracted from an otherwise modern room

This hotel offers a rooftop terrace complete with a pleasurable pool and bar. The pool area includes about 20 loungers and a section providing welcome shade. the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes for those wishing to keep active. coffee machines were available in the lobby for convenient access.

I found the reception staff to be consistently helpful and informative. They provided directions to the historic center. multilingual staff members were readily available. paul from reception deserves special thanks for his warm welcome and greater support. the staff seemed interested in chatting.

The location is within walking distance of the historic centre (about 10-15 minutes). The hotel also has reasonably priced parking under the building. Breakfast had an excellent buffet, a varied choice I found.
I found the pool area to be quite poor, with very few sun loungers and no umbrellas. There was also no proper lounge area in the hotel for drinks or relaxation.

Underground parking provided excellent security. My room was spacious and included tea and coffee making facilities. I received complimentary cookies upon arrival and water in the room. The rooftop pool and bar were very pleasant, especially to cool down.
I noticed a large, dirty mark on the wall near the air conditioning. There was also some mould on the bottom of the shower window screen. These issues are minor but are unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful at all times. Check-in was efficient and all requests were handled promptly and professionally. The team created a cute environment. Their attentiveness greatly enhanced the quality of my stay.
