the staff was very helpful with luggage storage. the downstairs cafe was quite nice. the pillow was comfortable enough for me.
the shared restrooms did not feel very safe. some locks did not function correctly. i booked 3 nights but only stayed for one and found new accommodation.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location near the stations was very convenient for getting around the city. Lawson was also right next door. it had everything i needed.
the room smelled musty and the ac unit looked dirty. the bunk beds were also not very comfortable. i expected better air quality in the room, uncomfortable beds.

Breakfast was toast bread and a variety of drinks. I think this was acceptable.
I found the common bathrooms and showers were not clean at all. There was hair in sinks and on the shower floor. the room had a bad smell. It smelled moldy, and the walls were dirty. I used a wet tissue to try to clean off some dirt, it barely worked. I think the staff needs to clean better!
