Convenient and Clean Stay
subway station clean room helpful staff vending machines
I found the location very convenient with the subway station access. The room was clean, and I liked the layout. Staff was helpful and spoke good English. The vending machines were a nice touch.
The pillows were a little small.

The hotel has a direct connection to the subway, this made getting around very easy. Roppongi hills and Mori Garden were about a 12 minute walk. The surrounding area felt safe and clean.

Average stay. Some issues need attention
small room hallway noise
The room was quite small. it was difficult to move around with luggage. the walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from the hallway often. also, the breakfast was overpriced for what i got. it was a limited selection and did not seem fresh

clean room big room amazing shower ground floor outside noise not blackout blinds
i found the room super clean and it was big enough. i could open two suitcases and i didn't trip over them. the shower was amazing , it was one of the best i have had in any hotel.
the room was on the ground floor , and i could hear the noise from the roads nearby. i also could see the lights from cars , it bothered me. the blinds weren't blackout so there was a fair amount of light coming in from the outside throughout the night.
