The staff was friendly and professional. the communal areas are cute and inviting. It created a great atmosphere. i could sit in a communal area and have a serendipitous conversation. i could also mind my own business and sit alone. The design allows for both.
The check-in process is long and hard. I had to fill a long form on a tablet even when opting to do it in person. sockets near the bed are hard to use. I was afraid to break my charger. the washlet was broken. The upper deck of the bunk beds is hard to get into.
