The hotel location is central, and I found it easy to get around. The security presence.
I encountered a strong bleach smell in my room upon arrival. Getting a clean towel proved difficult. I had to call reception multiple times, and this also happened when I needed toilet paper (it was a bit inconvenient).

The staff was really polite and helpful. I felt very welcomed! the location is super central, and i loved exploring the nearby shops. my room was also very spacious and clean.
the safe in my room was not working, a bit inconvenient. i had to keep valuables with me.

The room was not properly cleaned . I had to ask for toilet paper twice during my nights count. There was a lot of noise at night. It made it very difficult to sleep.
