The breakfast offered a good variety, including both continental options and traditional Moroccan cuisine. I also found a mini-supermarket onsite that was open until midnight, providing easy access to necessary items. I especially appreciated that the gym was available 24 hours.
The thermostat in my room was not consistently functional during the night. This made maintaining a comfortable temperature challenging. Addressing this would significantly improve the overall comfort.

the staff were friendly. they really tried to make sure i was happy. the staff was helpful and attentive. i did appreciate the excellent service.
the air con did not work in my room. the concierge didn't answer their phone. it was hard getting someone to fix it, and i had to keep asking.

underwhelming experience
broken air conditioninglong wait
the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and it was very hot. i informed the staff, and they did offer another room. however, moving rooms was like too much to handle for such a short trip. the wait for drinks by the pool was also lengthy. it often took at least 20 minutes to receive a drink because only one staff member handled all orders.
