the room had a spacious layout and rich colors with a masculine touch i found appealing the bathroom included a beautiful shower area plus the balcony featured comfortable loungers and was of ample size. staff members are very attentive and maintained a relaxed atmosphere. i enjoyed the wide selection of seating and day beds available around the pool area.

THE staff greeted me with smiles EVERY day! THEY quickly addressed any request that i had, so that was good. MY room had a lovely view of the ocean and i enjoyed the breeze. THE breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of tasty options, i ate plenty!
I WISH they had more shaded areas around the pool. The sun was intense at certain times of the day.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. arranging laundry service was super easy. They took care of everything. i loved that the staff were very helpful and happy.
The beach area wasn't ideal for swimming. There was just a lot of water sports equipment. the area was not really usable, i mean you could go for a dip but it's not compatible with swimming really. i'd prefer a different area.
