Excellent Beachfront Stay

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is magical, right on the beach. Hotel pools overlook the beach and beach bar. There are plenty of sun loungers and seating available on the beach, as well as around the pools. The restaurant and beach bar prices are quite reasonable (especially considering the location), and I found the lunch and dinner food to be quite good as well.

I found that the towels at the pool were very stained. This made them unpleasant to use. Pool beds could also use an upgrade as they felt a little dirty.

I stayed in a Private Pool Villa. It was very nice to relax in my own pool. The mini bar had some soft drinks and snacks (chocolate, Pringles). These were free and refilled daily. two new bottles of water every day.

The hotel is directly on the beach. Shops, spas, rentals, tours, and restaurants are within walking distance. It is very convenient for exploring the area.

Turn down service was a nice touch. Room service is available until 2:30 AM. I had to leave early before breakfast opened on my last day. I was able to order 'breakfast boxes' the night before, great.

A Truly Romantic Getaway

Our room faced the beach and it had a great view. Breakfast offered good choices. The room was also comfortable. It was very easy to walk to many amazing restaurants just a short distance down the beach. The beach was expansive with fine sand, perfect for swimming when the tide came in (a true blessing!).

There weren't any lifts so I carried our suitcases up and down the stairs myself. The food and drinks did not quite satisfy my taste, so we chose other places to eat. (But I still had a great time!).

I found the beachfront location quite convenient. The live music created a pleasant atmosphere in the evenings. the pools were at a very comfortable temperature. the views from the beachfront rooms were genuinely excellent. the lagoon villas offered a tranquil retreat, very private.

The pool towels had stains. It detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience.
