Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
musty smell inconsistent service
I found a few issues . The room looked somewhat worn, despite its elegance. I noticed a persistent musty smell and the air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool. service at the restaurant was inconsistent. At times, the staff were attentive. on other occasions, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for assistance (especially during breakfast hours).

uneven stay, some hits and misses
average food loud prayers
the grounds are extensive providing plenty of space.
The food felt average. I didn't find many healthy options available at lunch or dinner and the early morning prayers from nearby mosques were too loud even with earplugs. I struggled to get any sleep at all and left more tired than i arrived.

my villa included a private pool which was great i swam in it every day it was cleaned daily by staff the resort also arranged a boat trip to the gili islands for me snorkeling was amazing i saw sea turtles the resort provided snorkeling gear i found it very convenient the restaurants offered complimentary items like amuse bouche and small desserts
the gym had limited equipment i would have appreciated a few more weight machines

the staff members are genuinely friendly and helpful the concierge service was very responsive arranging taxis and providing assistance with activities the housekeeping staff ensured my villa was always clean and well-kept

the resort is located in a secluded area north of the island away from tourist crowds it is close to bangsal port which is convenient for trips to the gili islands i recommend the boat tours organized by the hotel

An Admirable Stay

The expansive hotel features meticulously kept grounds directly on the ocean. Our luxury pavilion ocean view provided amazing views each morning. The room was very spacious, matched by a bathroom offering great comfort. Housekeeping was twice daily ensuring everything remained immaculate..
The gym equipment could use a little updating. Some treadmills showed signs of wear.

tranquil lombok escape
attentive service friendly staff sunset boat
the room was a luxury garden view villa with a private pool. i had comfortable sunbeds near the beach with attentive service. the staff was generally friendly and helpful . i found the boat trips very enjoyable , especially the sunset one.
during my stay , i noticed music from a nearby club at night. the noise disturbed the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. i hope they can address this issue in the future.

underwhelming stay despite potential
dark room intrusive staff
The grounds were pretty. I suppose that's something.
My room wasn't like the photos online. It seemed darker than expected. the bed frame made it difficult to get in and out of bed. also, the staff was too attentive. I reminded me of they were always watching and asking if i needed something, even when i didn't. when i actually needed help, like getting the room service dishes picked up, no one came.
