The hotel's location IS superb. It's close to emsphere shopping mall, made exploring VERY easy. the proximity to the phrom phong bts station was very convenient. I could quickly access different parts of the city. a 7/11 right across the street was also handy for quick necessities!
The water temperature in the shower fluctuated. This made it difficult to relax fully.

I found the location ideal. It sits perfectly between the asok and phrom phong bts stations. its closeness to emsphere makes shopping REALLY accessible and easy. despite being central, it offers quiet nights.

S33 felt very familiar, like a gentle embrace in a new place. the staff were so attentive. Mr tee stood out with his constant smile and willingness to help with everything, big or small. i seemed like i was cared for, and their kindness. this visit made me already eager to return to such a warm and cute space.
Though mostly perfect, the breakfast options could use a little improvement. I felt more variety, especially with egg dishes, would elevate the morning experience significantly. i hope to see more choices on my next visit.
