The rooftop pool was a highlight. I enjoyed having the sky-train and boat transport nearby (especially for easy access to different parts of the city). The staff was very helpful and friendly, assisting with any questions I had.

The air conditioning unit in my room was a bit noisy.

I found the hotel's location convenient! It was very easy to access the SkyTrain and the river. The rooftop pool offered amazing views, and I appreciated the bar service there. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

The furniture in the room looked slightly old, but this was a minor issue overall.

The rooftop pool has comfortable loungers with shaded areas, perfect for relaxation. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes allowing for a complete workout. The 24/7 reception provided convenience .

The room was quite spacious, a definite plus.

The hotel appears quite dated. The shower was leaking, and while the room seemed clean, the overall impression was affected by the aged condition of the fixtures and furnishings. The laundry service was also surprisingly expensive.
