central and convenient stay
helpful staff mountain view complete breakfast rooftop honey
i found the staff helpful and polite. the room had a nice view of the mountains, so i enjoyed the sunset. breakfast offered everything one could want. i especially liked the honey (it comes from hives on the roof!).
the parking fee added to the overall cost (i wish it was included).

bloody mary's restaurant is on-site. the restaurant's service impressed me. breakfast has a wide selection. i also found new zealand jams available.

secure parking is available. extensive parking is available. i noticed the hotel had honey from hives on the roof. the hotel allows for extra checkout time.

the front desk provided excellent customer service. a front desk staff member even remembered me on my second stay. the staff were friendly. they were also helpful in finding a lost item.

decent Stay but Some Issues
old tv rude staff
The check in process was efficient.
The tv was very old and kept shutting down every few minutes. House keepers didn't empty the rubbish bins. I had to call about it. The reception staff attitude was a little rude, lacking basic greetings.

amazing stay with helpful staff
local spot recommendations city bus route bus time assistance
Jun at the front desk offered fantastic recommendations for local spots! he showed me the best way to get to the gondola using the city bus. he even looked up bus times and pointed out where to catch it on a map. The round trip cost only $4 nz dollars! i also got great advice for visiting the botanical gardens.

super stay in a super place
i find the location amazing. it has easy access in and out of the building. the main cbd is also nearby. the rooms are very clean and always smells fresh.

breakfast had good options. the hotel offers parking, really great. the food are delicious and the staff are friendly, it really set a positive tone for the day.

the gym was awesome. it had everything i needed for a good workout session. i love it is very clean. this helps guests to maintain their fitness routines while traveling.

adequate, but some issues noted
basic room milk absence
my stay wasn't without its problems. i found the room to be quite basic. additionally, there was no milk provided on the second day, a detail i find necessary for my morning tea. the lack of this small amenity was disappointing.
