Fantastic Hotel Stay!

I loved the hotel's prime location near the botanical gardens and Hagley Park. The staff were helpful. Sam was a great help . My room was always clean, and I had fresh towels every day. The free WiFi worked really well throughout the hotel.

I wish the bathroom door had a proper lock to ensure privacy.

The shops and riverside market are about a ten-minute walk. Tourist trams are only a short walk. The hotel is just opposite the entrance to the botanic gardens offering wonderful views.

The staff was friendly, attentive and always available. I noted they kept the hotel and the bathrooms very clean. The service was great throughout my stay and the team was very accomodating.

The location is excellent, very close to the gardens. I also appreciated the onsite food options. The room was nice and neat. I had a good experience overall.

I found it difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests. People were using the bathroom and laundry late at night. This created a disruptive environment.

I walked to most places from this location. the staff were helpful when i needed something. i appreciated the cleanliness. It was very well maintained. the bed was quite comfortable and i slept well.

The walls were a bit thin. I could hear some noise from other rooms.

the quadruple room was very comfy. I found the beds very good. The facilities looked brand new and clean. It was very close to city center.

i found the sound proofing poor and it was noisy. There were occupants returning late from the pub. They ran up and down corridors and made a racket when they left early.
