I appreciated the great location next to the gardens I walked there easily. The room was clean the bedding crisp. I found the text messages from housekeeping asking if i needed anything especially helpful. The staff were friendly also.
The breakfast choice was good but the quality was just average.

The breakfast was not good. There was no one directing guests to tables, which led to chaos. Someone even took our table while we were getting food. Our belongings were there, but they did not care. Checkout did not offer compensation for this unpleasant experience.

i appreciated the architecture of the hotel, also the garden courtyards are lovely. it is located near hagley park. the location was perfect, and the staff accommodated my late arrival very well.
the shower stall had a strange shape. it would be difficult for a larger person to use it. i found this quite annoying .
