i found the location to be superb for easily walking around shops. it was an easy walk to the train station for the tranz alpine express.

the staff offered really good service. they were very accommodating and attentive especially when i had dinner. staff made sure we didn't need to wait to check in. they had extra staff on when the train arrived

The balcony was shared. This arrangement became awkward when neighbors overheard a private conversation. The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, reducing privacy significantly.

Room was superior. I found two nice double beds. Two comfortable chairs. a table made relaxation easy. Shower was quite nice with a hot temperature. I had a very relaxing stay.

The balcony was shared. This meant I had limited privacy. I could hear neighbors clearly.
