I appreciated the prompt and efficient Mercedes shuttle service to the airport. It saved me time and hassle. The staff ensured I knew transport options into the city, helpful. The hotel's restaurant offered good food and service. I enjoyed the breakfast. I also made use of the gym, it has sufficient equipment.
I found one minor issue. The furniture was slightly dated.

I used the pool, finding it clean and well kept. The gym had treadmills, exercise bikes, and weight machines, ensuring a complete workout. The sauna was a great way to relax after exercise.

The room I booked was not available upon arrival. My son had to use a rollaway bed. No discount was offered for this inconvenience. The pool and spa were both cold. The sauna measured only 18 degrees, rendering it unusable.
