The room was quite small. I found the space restrictive. the lighting was also poor, especially in the evenings. plus the soft furnishings felt old and worn. the noisy environment was very disruptive.

breakfast was available at the adjacent restaurant, a real plus. the hotel's location is very convenient, near the lake and dining spots. i found it easy to walk to tekapo springs from there. the surrounding area is also great for leisurely walks.
i noticed some minor wear and tear, particularly in the bathroom, needing some attention.

This hotel boasts AN central spot near restaurants and shops. The room was very tidy plus warm. I would definitely book here AGAIN. I had a beautiful view of the lake from my WINDOW.
The external stairs WERE a little noisy. BUT overall, the stay was great.

The location allowed us to walk to the town center, the iconic church, and the dark sky center. and this request was fulfilled. The provided parking space was ample and conveniently located.
The walls seemed a bit thin, so I did hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The location proved convenient, with all points of interest within easy walking distance. The wooden platform was a great feature, perfect for stargazing. The cafe downstairs was a great touch, and it was easily accessible.
The mirror in the bathroom needed replacement. This was the only real issue i encountered. i would have expected it to be in better condition.
