Rum Runner Inn, located in a heritage building in Old Town Lunenburg, offers unique rooms with access to a relaxing seating area on the main veranda. The Oceanfront Executive King Rooms, located on the main floor, offer a 2nd storey unobstructed view of the ocean, waterfront, and golf course. The Oceanfront Honeymoon King Rooms on the upper floor feature glass-enclosed semi-private balconies with 3rd floor views. The Harbourview Studio with Terrace, located in the Studio House, includes large south-facing windows, kitchenettes, and access to an open-air veranda. The Harbourview Studio with Skylight Balcony features a panoramic skylight that opens to create a Juliette-style balcony. The Sunrise Premium King Room, located on the main floor, includes in-room seating with large windows. The Sunset Premium King Room features in-room seating with large side windows. The Town View Spacious King Rooms include in-room seating with windows overlooking the street and access to a shared outdoor space. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and select rooms feature kitchenettes with microwaves and hot plates. Some rooms include king beds, others include queen beds. Rooms with KING beds have a maximum occupancy of two persons. Rooms with two QUEEN beds have a maximum occupancy of three persons, with additional charges for the third guest.

The main streets offer metered parking only from 10:00 am-5:00 pm. Overnight parking near the hotel is free from 5:00 pm onward. There is street parking besides the inn, as well as an adjacent parking lot. The bright red building is a distinctive feature from both land and sea.
Room Amenities
Each room offers comfortable beds with luxurious sheets. The Oceanfront Studio rooms with Skylights feature a skylight that opens completely and provide a small balcony space for enjoying the view. The rooms have been recently renovated and feature additional skylights for natural light and exposed beams. Select rooms have kitchenettes, microwaves, and hot plates. The rooms also have heating and air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. Flat-screen TVs are included. Bathrooms provide free toiletries.
