harbor stay

large room king room harbor view short walk

the room was large, i had a corner king room harbour view. there was plenty of space to relax. i liked that the hotel is close to the italian quarter, a short walk away. the harbor view was calming, despite being near the city, it was quiet.

the breakfast delivered to the room was on time, but i wished it was warmer.

the front desk staff was helpful in arranging transportation and providing local recommendations, the service was very professional. they answered all my questions promptly and gave me directions. i felt welcomed and well taken care of , the people are great.

mixed feelings due parking and noise

parking lot sprinter van

the location is nice as it stands on the water.

The "corner" king faced the parking lot, the bay view was secondary. noise was a problem, i heard everything happening outside including conversations. at 6:12am i was woken up by a sprinter van dropping off supplies. This ruined my supposedly restful getaway.

great breakfast friendly staff surprise bottle parking lot view noise problem early delivery

The location is awesome I could walk to the Freedom Trail easily It was so cool The breakfast was brought to my room each morning I really liked that. The staff was very friendly too they were really helpful. I also loved the surprise bottle of wine and biscotti waiting for me in the room the first night what a great touch.

My room faced the parking lot my large picture window looked right out on it It wasn't the best view. The noise was a problem too I heard every car door and conversation. I also got woken up super early by a delivery van it was way too loud

I found the bathroom cleanliness unacceptable upon arrival. There were hairs on the floor and the toilet hadn't been properly cleaned. A towel rack was broken, and the bathtub had mold. the room WiFi was quite slow!

luxurious feel friendly staff delicious breakfast

I found the hotel to be amazing. the rooms had a luxurious feel and were light and airy. the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated them providing eclipse glasses. the breakfasts were delicious, and the lounge provided a great area to unwind and observe the river.

The location is excellent. It is right on the water. it is a quiet spot, yet it is still just a short walk to many attractions. i found this placement to be ideal for both relaxation and exploration.
